Originally form Central Oregon, Dr. Wendy Willmon is excited to integrate her family into the local Alaskan community and to apply her skills as a Chiropractic Physician here at Laurel Street Chiropractic.
She graduated form Central Washington University with a Bachelors of Science in Pre-med and Biology and a minor in chemistry and psychology. She continued on to the University of Western States to earn honors with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1998.
Dr. Wendy provides diversified chiropractic manipulation and a variety of soft tissue therapies. In addition to the spine, she treats the extremities and jaw problems and enjoys working with expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy. She appreciates communicating and cooperating with other healthcare professionals as part of a team approach and strives to provide thorough, high quality care, tailored to each patient's needs. Dr. Wendy is dedicated in providing the tools her patients require to maintain their own optimal health. She appreciates that each person is unique and entitled to individualized consideration. She realizes that quality care usually involves the understanding and correlation of many factors into a comprehensive plan of well-being.
In her spare time, Dr. Wendy loves spending time with her husband, an Anchorage Firefighter and their two teenage children. She maintains her fitness with weightlifting and a variety of cardio exercises. Dr. Wendy looks forward to participating in the Alaskan way of life and is invested in providing you the highest quality of healthcare.
